How do I obtain a crash report

Please connect your device to your computer (PC or Mac) and start the app. Now please try to repeat all the steps you made before the app crashed and send us the particular crash report. Depending on the operation system it can be found via:

Mac:

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>

Windows:

• Vista or higher: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>
