If you have an active in-app premium subscription, it will automatically be restored when you're logged into your iOS device using the same Apple account you used to purchase the subscription.
If you experience any issues, please re-install the app.

I can’t load this, I have had it for many years and now, despite having paid, it still will not load. I have unanswered issues on your help (?) desk.
Same here, very frustrating. I’ve tried all the solutions offered by the helpdesk and even bought the app again but the premium version will not load.

This is most annoying. I love this weather app so I just don't want to get my money back and walk away. They must have some software glitch to do with the renewal of the subscription….
I can see that the subscription has been activated but when I go to App Store to try to download it again, it appears to be there and displays “open” - but then it just flashes off.
I have done all the stuff they asked, turned on and off, signed in again, whatever. If it is a password issue, then they should just be able to allow me to use it as a new subscriber - not difficult.
Also, I suspect that it is not a “real” person who is bothering to reply.
This company used to be very helpful and respond, not sure what has happened.
